If you are participating in one or more of the above programs, or have income that doesn't exceed 135% of the federal poverty level, you qualify for government home phone service. During the on line process for submitting an order, you'll sign a Lifeline certification form and submit that. If you applied for service over the telephone with one of our sales representatives, you'll need to submit a signed Lifeline certification (follow the links to the left for your state). We may also require proof of eligibility.

FREE activation is not available to customers who have already taken advantage of our FREE activation promotion in the past or who have received free or discounted activation from another carrier using government Link-up assistance.
